SPR First Aid Course EA 1®

First aid course EA1 training is an official certified training, which leads to a Red Cross first aid card, i.e. a certificate of competence. Graduates will have mastered the basics of first aid in the topics covered in the course.

SPR First Aid EA1 certificate is valid for 3 years. You can update your EA1 knowledge by attending the course again within one year. In addition, the EA1 qualification can be upgraded once by completing the SPR Emergency First Aid Course 4 t® or 8 t®.

Course content:

• action in the case of assistance
• identifying an unconscious person and first aid
• pressure-blowing clearance and use of an instructive defibrillator
• first aid of a person in suffocation
• severation of major bleeding in the limb
• shock
• first aid for the most common illnesses (chest pain, low blood sugar, cerebrovasing disorders, convulsions, severe allergic reaction, asthma attack)
• first aid for the most typical wounds and burns
• first aid for joint injuries and fractures
• other accidents (electric shock, eye injury, nosebleed, head injury)
• first aid for poisonings
• accident prevention
• health promotion
• mental first aid
• where appropriate, group-specific weightings
