The occupational safety and health manager must be familiar with the conditions of the workplace and be sufficiently qualified for their duties. He/she must be familiar with the legislation on health and safety at work.
In the further training of the Occupational Safety and Health Manager, you will learn how to recognise the overall organisational safety and the importance of occupational safety and health in the organisation's structure. You will also learn to recognize the importance of safety culture, safety management and the basics of organizational behaviour, and the importance of well-being at work in the work community.
