The aim of the training is to support the comprehensive well-being and job-share of the professional driver.
The aim of the training is to help the professional driver assess the current state of his or her own well-being and to provide help and support to strengthen well-being and job-based work, through realistic, small lifestyle changes.
The aim is that, when refreshed at the wheel during the course, each professional driver will understand their own well-being and job-share situation and set themselves concrete change targets that support their well-being and coping at work.
Refreshed at the wheel, the duration of the training is one day and (7h) consisting of 45-minute sections. The training will be carried out in appropriate facilities. The coaching methods are functional, consisting of individual and group work and the expert speeches supporting them, as well as coaching materials tailored to professional drivers that support learning.
