The use of the application and these Terms of Use are governed by Finnish law, with the exception of its conflict-of-law provisions.
The Parties shall seek to resolve disputes primarily through negotiation. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the disputes will be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki in Finland. The consumer customer may also take the dispute to the competent district court or consumer dispute board determined by their domicile.
