How can I order a course place?
Ordering can be done conveniently through the online booking system. We also accept reservations by phone and email.
I haven't received a order confirmation.
We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided immediately at the time of ordering. If the order confirmation has not arrived by email, check your spam. If you have inadvertently removed the order confirmation or have not received it, please contact the new customer service.
Is the order binding?
According toour terms of delivery, orders placed less than 14 days from the course date are binding. Course bookings and any desired changes must also be made before the course date. If you do not attend the course, we will charge the full course price.
I can't attend the course myself. Can someone else take my place?
Yes, you can. You can give your course booking to someone else. The contact person for the booking can edit the participant details up to the start date of the course via the link on the booking confirmation.

The card's gone. How do I get a new card?

I took the course, but the card hasn't arrived yet?
We will order the cards when the course is finished. The cards will arrive at our office within approximately 2 weeks. We will send them to the participants when the invoice has been received in full. We will check the performance on a weekly basis.
